CANCELLATIONS
More than 7 days notice
If you book a date you can no longer attend, we are able to offer you a class credit which you can use for a future masterclass.
Less than 7 days notice
Unfortunately it is too short notice for us to re=advertise available tickets. Our produce orders would already be in place based on ticket sales and we would be unable to refund or offer a class credit for your ticket. Please give your ticket to a friend or family member as you would any other event.
Amazing Grazing
If Amazing Grazing should need to cancel a masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances, COVID restrictions and/or staff illness, each participant will be offered a class credit or full refund.

COVID-19 UPDATE & POLICIES
COVID-19 Restrictions
Dependent on the current level of public health measures at the time of your masterclass, there may be differences in the seating arrangements and grazing on the day. If applicable the wearing of masks will be required when not eating or drinking and should the sharing of a graze not be considered appropriate, individual grazing boxes will be provided to each participant.
COVID Cancellation Policy
If the ticket holder tests positive for COVID-19, or are considered a close contact of a positive case please let us know with as much notice as possible and we will grant you a class credit to be used at a later date. Proof of a positive test result or requirement to isolate according to WA health will be required.
