Booking Contract
Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists once your deposit is received. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect information. As a condition of booking you must provide your full name, address and phone number.
Payment
Boxes & Boards
At the time of booking a deposit of 20% is required by bank transfer to secure your date and booking. The remaining balance is due 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date and time
Tables above $1 000
At the time of booking a 10% deposit is required by bank transfer to secure your date and booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
Tables under $1 000
At the time of booking a deposit of $75.00 is required by bank transfer to secure your date and booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your event or upon our arrival to your venue prior to setup (by prior arrangement only) Setup cannot be commenced until full payment has been received.
Under 7 Days
Should your event be under seven (7) days from booking, full payment is required to secure your date/time.
Cancellations
There will be no charge if cancellations are made more than 2 weeks in advance. If cancelled within 2 weeks the deposit will be retained. Cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total booking.
In the event that you booking is postponed due to Covid restrictions, we will work with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
Damages/Lost/Stolen
No cash bond is payable, but should any items be damaged you will be invoiced after the event with payment due within 7 days. Individual crockery items incur a $10 fee if broken, larger display or platter breakages incur a $15-$100 per item charge. In the event of all Amazing Grazing items being damaged, lost or stolen this will incur a purchase price of $750 (Tables) and $100 (Boards).
Grazing Table Inclusions
Items outlined in the booking details may be subject to change due to seasonal availability, prop upgrades and theme bookings. Rest assured you will have a plentiful, delicious and beautiful grazing table.
Liability
The owner of Amazing Grazing is not liable for any damage to property, injury to, or death of any persons occasioned directly or indirectly by the supply or placement of our grazing tables. You waive any claim or financial cost for such damage or injury.
Confirmation
By payment of your deposit you agree to these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you agree that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party. Cancellations by the owner of Amazing Grazing due to unforeseen circumstances will not be liable for any costs to the owner. The client will receive a full refund of any monies paid if the booking is cancelled by the owner.
